SO ITS A NEW YEAR AND ITS TIME TO GET ON A MORE HEALTHY ROUTE NOT JUST FOR THE PRESENT BUT FOR YOUR FUTURE... HOW YOU TREAT YOUR BODY NOW WILL PAY OFF IN THE LONG RUN. SO NOW IS THE TIME TO GET BETTER EATING HABITS.
ONE OF MY FAVORITE SNACKS I WOULD LOVE TO SHARE WITH YOU GUYS IS "COTTAGE CHEESE AND TOAST" IT ONLY TAKES A COUPLE MINUTES TO MAKE.. VERY QUICK AND FILLING SNACK TO MAKE FOR ON THE GO...
YOUR PROBABLY WONDERING WELL THAT LOOKS HIGH IN FAT TO ME BECAUSE ITS BREAD AND CHEESE.. BUT EVERYTHING IS OKAY IN MODERATION AND PORTION CONTROL!! ALSO MAKE SURE YOUR BREAD IS WHOLE WHEAT AND COTTAGE CHEESE IS VERY HIGH IN PROTEIN WHICH IS A GOOD THING. JUST MAKE SURE ITS LOW FAT OR NON FAT. I LIKE GOING WITH LOW FAT BECAUSE IT HAS MORE FLAVOR THAN NON FAT.
I PREFER TO JUST HAD A FEW SLICES OF TOMATOE AND A DASH OF PEPPER. YOU COULD ALSO TRY ADDING YOUR FAVORITE FRUIT ON TOP WHICH MY MOM DOES WITH PEACHES... JUST MAKE SURE THEIR FRESH FRUITS OR FROZEN AND NOT FRUIT FROM A CAN WHICH SOAKS IN SYRUP.. SO NOT COOL!!
